This 2 bedroom, 2 bath Villa has numerous updates including (but not limited to): Completely updated Kitchen with new Quartz countertops, Cabinets, Appliances, Total update in Master Bathroom (pics coming Feb 2026), Flooring, Ceiling and Woodwork throughout, plus ALL New Furniture, Lighting & Décor. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters.
