This apartment is on the 3rd floor so it might be difficult to get to for people with disabilities and parking spaces were tight but it was quiet, in a location away from all the action but still close enough to get to them without wasting to much time on the road. Great communication and accurate description of property. I would definitely recommend this rental but I would probably not stay here again only because the pool was quite small and the shower was awkward to use with a small child. (It had sliding glass doors and a sprayer that leaked when it wasn’t in a certain position.) ##### Michele H. Balcony has a wonderful view of the Gulf for a property across the street from the beach. Real Joy properties has incredible customer service! We have lived in Panama City Beach and we have vacationed there for years. By far the best customer service that we have EVER experienced!
