There is ongoing construction noise between the hours of 7am – 6pm each day throughout the entire complex. There is no overflow parking during construction. The G building properties (G units) allow for 1 parking space per reservation. Townhomes (T units) allow for 2 parking spaces per reservation. Complex grills are also unavailable through April 2024.

If you're looking for an trendy property to kick back and relax, or one to be your homebase for all the activities Panama City Beach has to offer, this is the spot for you! This 2BR/1BA condo has just undergone a complete REMODEL, and is beautifully decorated. This top floor condo is directly across the street from Panama City Beach and offers Gulf Views from the balcony and living room. This is the closest unit in the complex to the beach! With a King bed in the Master bedroom, a twin over queen bunkbed in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this cozy condo sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably.
