This bright and cheerful coastal home offers amenities galore for your next stay near Rosemary Beach! You'll have a large covered porch, a private grilling area on the garden patio, and a well-appointed kitchen with newly updated appliances. Catch big games in the third-floor media room, spend your afternoons soaking in the Florida sunshine at the luxurious community pool, and cozy up by the fireplace on the new couch. This charming home also features a newly renovated (2024) primary bathroom.  
  
This air-conditioned home sits a quarter-mile from the white sand beach and less than half a mile from bike rentals, shops, and local dining favorites. Nature lovers will delight in a visit to Camp Helen State Park two miles southeast, where you'll find gorgeous beach access and great opportunities to hike and fish. For some of the best shopping, dining, and entertainment in the area, venture over to 30 Avenue a mile to the east.  
  
This home shares its property with a carriage house (Casita at Lemon Drop); the two can be rented together as Lemon Drop.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.  
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.  
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.  
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.  
  
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.  
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.  
  
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

#### Great place for our quick stay at the beach

Stayed here with 7 friends for an engagement celebration. House was nice and looked similar to the pictures. Walking distance to the beach but also had a tram system available, which was nice. Overall no real problems with the house itself. One thing to note is that there is a back house on the property that is rented completely separately which caused initial confusion between the two parties and impacted parking slightly.

#### Family Spring Break at The Lemon Drop

This house was perfect for the 7 of us. 3 adults and 4 kids ranging from 8-15 yrs old. The house was clean. Just need to update the other 2 bathrooms. The location of A4 for the tram stop was the best since it was always the first stop. We would definitely stay here again.

#### Great location to Seacrest Beach

We did not like the fact that we were dealing with Vacasa and not a person. Getting information about the property and trying to get answers took too long with the agency vs dealing with an owner. We wouldn't do it again here just based on that. The house location was great. If you're driving in and bringing your own stuff you'll have what you need, but for those like us who flew in, there are no beach supplies. You wont have any chairs, towels, or toys for the kids. Might look to go to Dollar tree and then trash it when done. But might also look into another property that has them. The house is great.

#### Couldn't have been more perfect!!!

Decided to take my kiddos for a last minute trip to the beach during fall break!! The community is amazing allows for kids to ride their bikes and spend time with each other and has all the amenities that you would want or need. The house.. the lemon drop was amazing! The pictures don't do it justice it's fantastic location and perfect home was a great spot for us to go and unwind!

Unfortunately, the listing misstated that there was a hot tub on property. After walking around the pool area with my husband and 2 small children for 30 minutes, asking multiple individuals about the hot tub, we found out that there was not one. The house could use some updating and TLC.
