It has plenty of room to accommodate large groups and our son loved the 3rd floor with the bed and two balconies that he said were just for him. The second floor screened in deck is perfect for hanging out. It’s a 3-5 minute walk to the dog park and pool and about 5-10 to the beach. Very easy walk to the resort style pools and very easy to get a tram to the beach. Walk is less than 10 mins to beach if you don't get the tram. House features awesome wrap around porches on the first two floors and 2 great 3rd floor balconies. We loved ending our day up there looking at the stars. However, the home was not properly maintained or cleaned prior to our visit. We had to report several issue with dirty sheets left on the bed to the air conditioner leaking. After going to the Dr to find out what caused bumps all over my arms, etc I was told it was bed bugs. I have never experienced anything like that in my life. I will say the people that over see the home have been helpful to work with through this issue and send someone out to verify and take care of the bed bugs. Getting information about the property and trying to get answers took too long with the agency vs dealing with an owner. We wouldn't do it again here just based on that. The house location was great. If you're driving in and bringing your own stuff you'll have what you need, but for those like us who flew in, there are no beach supplies. You wont have any chairs, towels, or toys for the kids. The backyard was amazing with a grill and plenty of seating. The third floor also had an outside balcony which you could see the stars up close.
