This lovely property is situated on a tree-lined Boardwalk , mere steps from the vibrant town center and just minutes to the pristine beach. The French door courtyard entryway invites you into a tranquil haven, adorned with soothing earth tones and beautiful oak floors. The comfortable seating area is perfect for unwinding after a day of enjoying the beach.This delightful parkside cottage boasts a chef-style kitchen, thoughtfully designed with ample pantry storage, island seating for four, and a spacious dining area, all seamlessly integrated into the open floor plan. The first floor also features an additional living area with a gas fireplace, providing a cozy ambiance. A King bedroom with an adjoining bath, complete with a walk-in shower, there is also a queen sleeper sofa / seating area which is conveniently located on the first floor.
