It was in a quiet neighborhood and kid friendly. The house was spacious and beds were very comfy!The communication with the management company was fantastic leading up to the trip, but we had a couple of issues while on the trip. First, we did not receive the door code as instructed and had to panic call the management company after hours and then wait until they responded to our voicemail to be able to get in the house when we arrived. The emails we had received said that business hours were until 6 pm but we called around 5:30 and they were already gone for the day. Secondly, a contractor showed up to measure for a pool in the backyard but we didn’t have any notice of that and luckily our dogs were not outside in the backyard at that time and accidentally let out of the gate.A couple other suggestions:Bedrooms need curtains due to outdoor motion lights.Grass in the backyard should be regularly mowed to prevent the spiky plant burrs getting stuck in dog paws and people’s feet.Couches in living room are futons probably designed to allow for more guests but they are not very comfortable for sitting.Overall a great experience and hopefully this review can help make it even better for the next guests! ##### Aleasha B.
