The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. We chose this property because our son was participating in the Iron Man competition. After studying the route on the IRONMAN website, I felt like this was in close proximity to the course. Little did I know, the running portion of the race goes directly in front of the house! It worked out perfectly! The property was clean and comfortable.
