You don't have to walk down 2 or 3 blocks, it's just a straight walk. (See the amazing sunrise or sunset!!) \-Gas, street legal golf cart available with home for an additional $100 dollars per day of your stay plus a one time $125 refundable deposit (half the price of rental places!). If you choose to rent the golf cart there is parking at beach access #10 for vehicles. Message us if interested! \-70" Roku TV in the living room!! \-55" Roku TVs in the master and queen bedrooms. \-43" Roku TV in the room with the twin over full bunk bed. \-New furniture throughout entire home! \-Outdoor shower with hot water! \-Kitchen is fully stocked! \-Gas grill by the outdoor covered patio dining area. \-Close to public boat ramps, marinas & St. Andrews State Park. \- Area is surrounded by all the best restaurants in PCB. \-The most peaceful part of Panama City Beach. \-Plenty of parking space for cars and a boat! The house was clean, and the hosts were easy to communicate with before and during our visit. We really liked having our own pool, the location of the house in relation to the beach, and the option to rent a golf cart with the house made getting around a breeze. Also, I enjoyed not having to deal with the large crowds of people in the condominium complexes. It was great to be about to park within feet of the front door.
