This is the largest full-service resort in all of Panama City Beach and all along the Emerald Coast. Tower 3 is the only Tower at Edgewater that has a fire sprinkler system, and it has been renovated to the Fire Marshall specifications. As of March 1, 2025, free use of the tennis, pickleball and fitness facilities. The jewel of Panama City Beach, with its pristine beaches and azure waters, stands as a beacon of coastal beauty. Renowned for its vibrant culture and endless entertainment options, this coastal paradise attracts visitors from around the globe. With spacious living areas and ample room for relaxation, Unit 1211 promises a vacation experience like no other. AGE: Our Association Rules Requires a Responsible Party to be 25 years of age or older unless staying with a parent or guardian who must be staying in the condo during the rental period and to be available at all times. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. Everyone had a bed without using the fold out sofa. The views are amazing and the resort has wonderful pools. I recommend this property for a very nice stay in PCB. ##### Ronald H. Me and 9 of my friends stayed here for spring break. There's two bedrooms downstairs, a pull out couch, and a loft upstairs. Three full bathrooms. Furnished kitchen. The pictures really don't do it justice. This place is amazing. We were genuinely blown away by how nice it is, and the price was not bad at all either. -2 parking passes provided for free -top floor with rooftop access (great views, no upstairs neighbors) -owner is very communicative and helpful -it's a quieter stretch of beach, college kids seem to mostly stay further east and the nearest bar is a \~30min walk. ##### neil r. We greatly enjoyed staying in this condo. It had all the amenities and a beautiful upstairs balcony on the roof of the 12 story building. The first night we enjoyed viewing a storm, the stars, and the moon all at the same time. Our host was easy to connect with. Our only advice would be to stock the condo with at least 1 roll of toilet tissue per person for the week. There were not enough supplies to stay in the condo for the week. This included trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, and toilet paper. If you are flying to Florida and have no rental car, you will need to find a ride to the local grocery store. ##### Eva M.
