About this condo\~ “Top of Edgewater” ideally located in Tower One-positioned in the center of the three taller buildings of Edgewater and overlooking the gorgeous lagoon pool and sugar-white sand of the Gulf. Recently updated Bedroom, Living, and Dining Room Furniture. Located on the 12th floor. You must be 25+ years old to reserve this property. The LIVING ROOM features a comfortable sofa that opens into a queen sleeper and there is a smart screen TV with a ceiling fan. If you want to truly enjoy the beach experience wander out to the balcony through your floor to ceiling sliding doors enjoy the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green Gulf waters. The dining table sits 4 with 4 more seats available in at the kitchen bar. The MASTER BEDROOM features a king-sized bed and private bath. The bedroom has a ceiling fan, smart TV and blackout curtains. The room is beautifully decorated for your relaxation and enjoyment. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in spacious closets. You’ll also enjoy the tiled bath with shower where you can relax and reenergize after a day full of beach activities. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen-size bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, black-out curtains and bathroom. The full bath features a tub/shower. The 3rd Bedroom is upstairs via a classic spiral staircase and features a queen bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, private shower bath, and an enormous balcony. Edgewater is Panama City’s only FULL SERVICE, Premier Resort. This gated resort is the chosen, number one, lodging facility in Panama City Beach. We searched the Florida panhandle, and EDGEWATER is our favorite for families. Included amenities include, controlled entrance, 24 hr. security, 11,500 sq. ft. lagoon pool landscaped with waterfalls, palms, flowers, plants, 11 total pools, spas, “Oceans” full-service restaurant overlooking the gulf, “Edgies” convenience store, Game Room, Exercise Gym, and lighted tennis & Pickleball courts. For rent are Par 3 Golf Course, poolside cabanas and premium lounge charges, beach lounge chairs. The onsite Conference center hosts many events year-round. The parking lot directly in front of the building means there is no parking deck or crossing a busy road to deal with. The two low traffic elevators increase your time for fun and relaxing! Edgewater is only 25 minutes from the Airport, minutes from great Restaurants, world- class sport fishing, evening dinner cruises, boat rides to Shell Island, championship golf, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Zoo World, Gulf World, St. Andrews State Park. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. It would have been helpful that the spiral staircase was noted in the listing as we did not notice it in the small photos on our phone. The kitchen was lacking some basic supplies that we had to go purchase like hot pads and a pairing knife. We would suggest that the owner start replacing mattresses and the furniture in the living room as they were worn out. One other issue was the code we were given for the beach gate access was incorrect. All in all, we did enjoy our stay at the condo. The elevator was quick, parking was close, and the pool, beach, and restaurant facilities were top notch! ##### Michelle B. It was plenty spacious and the location is perfect. The pool area is great, shorter walk to the beach than most places I’ve stayed. The room was good. Clean, plenty of pillows and towels. The most important thing to note is when we got there. The air conditioner kept turning off for no reason. I emailed the property manager and they had someone there to fix it in a few hours on a Saturday. Also with a few knick knack problems like tv sign in issues. But nothing major. Highly recommend. When we came back the guard would not let us in and my family was still in the condo with our stuff. I contacted the property manager again later about people smoking below us no answer. And the place has a lot of water damage and the beds were horrible. There were roaches all over the kitchen of various sizes. The floors and rugs were very dirty & left my crawling baby's jammies and hands/feet/legs smudged with black. All the kitchen drawers were filthy upon arrival. When the cleanliness issues were addressed, correspondence was so minimal and they cut off communication with me altogether. There was a cleaner that was sent on day 4 that did not reclean all of the tile floors as I asked. A rug shampooer that was supposed to come at 9am on the morning of day 5 that did not show up until 1:30pm right in the middle of our 2mo old twins & 12mo old baby’s nap time and told us the shampooer is very loud. As a result, we declined that service to keep the little one’s schedules in place. I tried to communicate with the property manager through all of it & they ghosted me. And even after all the times I asked what their solution for the roaches was, they never told me. Beyond the cleanliness issues, the sliding patio doors were very hard to open & shut. The master shower handle was broken & either froze or scalded you.
