However, it's important to note that dogs are not allowed on any of the beaches along 30A. There is a dog beach at Pier Park located at 16303 Front Beach Rd. Panama City Beach where Fido can meet some new friends and enjoy our gorgeous Emerald Coast! We would like everyone to have a wonderful experience while visiting. This carriage house worked well for our family of 4\. We stay for a long weekend and the added screened porch gave extra space and a tree house feel. Firstly, it is located deep inside a Rosemary Beach neighborhood at the back of what amounts to a cul-de-sac. The area is ultra quiet (unlike much of 30A) with lots of quiet streets for walking. Parking is excellent with plenty of space available. The house is a traditional beach house with living space located above the garage. But the big win is the foliage surrounding it gives a very “tree house” vibe. The house itself is absolutely spotless and tidy and, in a new twist on most 30A properties, very tastefully decorated with minimalist restraint. You’ll find no gaudy plastic crab knickknacks and “Life’s a Beach” signs hanging on the walls. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. I’ve stayed in a number of 30A and Emerald Coast area properties and this takes top honors. Highly recommended. ##### Jonathan D. Quiet neighborhood, loved the kitchen and screened-in porch. Even though the house was in the back of the neighborhood, it wasn’t a bad walk to the beach at all.
