The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. The host was very responsive and dealt with the minor issues we experienced quickly and to my satisfaction. The property was beautiful, and there was plenty of room for the 9 adults, and 8 children in our group. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we had what we needed to prepare meals during our stay. The hosts also provided beach towels and lots of pool and beach toys which came in handy for the perfect weather we experienced. There were plenty of trash cans for large groups, and the property was very clean upon arrival. My family has already talked about making plans to visit this property again. We had a few issues at check-in, but when I messaged the owner, they promptly got fixed and refunded us accordingly. The house was clean and stocked up with everything we would need. Great location, and the walking distance to the beach was perfect! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! ##### Summer W.
