The rare beach-front condo is on the 12th floor and comes with a 3 master-suite floor-plan with 3 full baths and over 40 feet of windows overlooking the Gulf! The master bedroom suite comes with a king bed, a flat screen TV and a private balcony access with large glass doors to give you an unobstructed view of one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The master bathroom comes with a double vanity and has a large walk-in shower. There is also a roll-away twin size bed located either under the King bed or in the master bedroom closet. The 2nd master bedroom suite comes with 2 queen beds, a flat screen TV and a private balcony access with large glass windows to give you that unobstructed Gulf view. The 2nd master bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combo. The 3rd master suite has been decorated with 2 queen-size beds, a flat screen TV with cable and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This bedroom works well as an In-Law suite with a private balcony and kitchenette. The lovely kitchen is fully stocked and ready to rock with stainless-steel appliances. And, for the coffee lovers we have a Keurig and regular-drip coffee maker readily available. The kitchen bar comes with 3 saddle stools. The comfortable living room has a matching sofa and loveseat with built-in recliners. There is another gray colored loveseat that folds-out to a twin-size sleeper. The dinning area has a large dinning table with 8 chairs. Combined with the 3 bar stools that is seating for 11 diners. From the living room enjoy the extra large balcony. Throughout our beach front condo, you will enjoy the amazing beach and Gulf views, will further relax our guests and make your beach stay one to remember. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There was not chair service included on the beach but the condo provided numerous beach chairs and umbrellas and sand toys and a wagon to tote it to the beach. The pool area was clean with plenty of lawn chairs, and the pool was pleasantly warm. Extraordinary sunsets from the patio too. Everyone was happy. ##### Katherine N. Tons of space This property has the best views I have ever had in a rental. You feel like you are on the ocean. The sunsets are amazing from the huge deck. It was spotless when we arrived. Each bedroom had a great view. The condo has a good floorplan. Location is convenient to shopping and Panama City. You can also walk right out to the beach. The two smaller pools are heated and I was swimming when it was 50 degrees out. My only complaint is that the couches are pretty run down and not as comfortable as they probably were in their day and they have too much furniture and accessories in the space for my taste. Be prepared to buy everything, including salt and pepper. They do not stock many supplies. Overall, I would recommend! ##### Tami K. Condon was clean and beds very comfortable. Couch’s were also very comfortable. A few suggestions: curtains in living need to be replaced. Master bath room needs newer towels. They were stained.
