The complex was very busy the week we stayed. The pool area and beach area were packed each day. It was disappointing that the local authorities let people set up tents in front of rental chairs. The host was very responsive and attentive to any questions or concerns I had. It was on the second floor which made it very easy to go back and forth to the beach or if we needed to leave with kids. Overall the building and grounds are very well maintained by friendly efficient staff. The unit is a great location on 2nd floor so easy to walk up, although elevators (4) are pretty efficient. Nice that the view is over a lawned area to Gulf of Mexico. The unit itself was very good with some improvements that can be made (the sofa is not a comfortable sleep and the shower curtain needs replacing). An indoor dining table would be good also (there is bar seating facing away from the gulf. We brought the outdoor table/chairs inside. ##### Phil H. It is on the second floor overlooking the pool and beach and a nice patio to enjoy the view. We had issue with the microwave but he responded very quick and maintenance came and a new microwave was put in. It is definitely a 5 star. The only problem we had was on the second to last day when the dishwasher was draining it drained back into sink. We also got an insurance claim on our email from the property protection company that we paid for that said the owner was filing a claim for the refrigerator, kitchen bowls, and sink pipes. We were completely shocked by the claim because we did not break anything in the condo especially an entire refrigerator. Spent at least 4-5 vacations here in the 80’s and couple of times in the 90’s. Really please with how clean the pool area was. Condo was very clean and up to date. It had a beautiful view of the coast and palm trees, rather than the busy pool. The second floor allowed us to avoid the extremely slow and over crowded elevators. The condo has been renovated and is very clean, as well as, comfortable. It was well equipped with most essentials. I would suggest bringing a skillet or two for bacon and eggs, as their only skillet was very worn. We had no extra garbage bags but they did give us plenty of coffee pods and cleaning supplies. The door to the balcony is very hard to open/close. We chose not to use the washer as it has an extremely foul odor. Overall, absolutely great condo and experience. Condo was clean and spacious. The view was amazing, great location, the bed is on the soft side which was fine for me, complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Also, beach chairs and towels in the closet. What you need to know is you have to go to the office to get a parking pass and wrist bands. Not all units include the beach chairs and umbrellas that are set up on the beach those are 40.00 the first day and 30.00 every day after that. This rental did not include that but do provide chairs and umbrellas in the closet. The grounds are clean and maintained well. Make sure to read the rules posted near the elevators especially teenagers, young adults and people with children. I highly recommend this unit we had an amazing stay. ##### Charmyn L. However; there were a few small issues that made us uncomfortable. The Dryer was out so after swimming we were unable to wash and dry our our swimwear.
