One big Pro/Con is its proximity to Pier Park. Easy walk to shops and food but this is also a HUGE cruising area so loud cars and music and traffic are an all day thing. Also since it is such a large condo unit there are a ton of people on the beach right in front of the condo. Chair rental guys were super nice and helpful. Overall it’s a great condo. Tuvimos un pequeño percanse con la regadera y focos pero ellos fueron super rapidos en arreglar lo que necesitabamos, los elevadores se tardan mucho pero pues es algo que no podemos controlar, me hubiese gustado que la limpieza estuviera al 100% en nuestro cuarto ya que es algo super importante, pero eso no fue impedimento para no estar agusto.
