With 1 bedroom, hallway bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, and over 1,200 square feet, this residence is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertaining. The condo's expansive private Gulf-view balcony offers front-row views of the Emerald Coast and direct access to one of the largest private beaches in the area. Inside, the living room features a queen sleeper sofa, generous seating, and a 50” Smart TV, creating a comfortable retreat after a day in the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped for extended stays, featuring full-size appliances, a Keurig coffee system, bar seating for three, and a dining table for four. The primary suite includes a king-size bed, TV, and spa-style ensuite bathroom with separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. Hallway bunks provide additional sleeping accommodations with easy access to the second full bathroom.
