The grounds have many pools and activities, you just have to buy the pass to use them. The neighbors were all quiet and we had no issues with safety. There were 4 pools, tennis courts, put put, and it was super clean and well taken care of. And then when we walked into the condo we were SO HAPPY. It smelled so clean and fresh and everything was decorated perfectly. The beds were made and soft, comfortable to sleep in. There were beach chairs to use at the beach. We had everything we needed for the week from tennis rackets to coffee pods, to every cooking utensil you could possible use. Everything was PERFECT and our hosts was absolutely the kindest person, she checked on us while we were driving down, wished us a safe trip, I sent her pictures and she was just excited to see them as we were to take them. This was the perfect condo for our family and we will definitely be back as soon as possible!! It was a beach paradise and home away from home! ##### Krystal H. It is very comfortable, inviting, and close so to many areas in the Panama City Beach area! The porch is perfect with the table and comfy chairs. The decor is so Florida - loved it!
