There's plenty of room to spread out in the expansive living room that features brand-new furnishings, a flat screen TV and all the comforts of home. The building itself was well kept up and the elevator wait times were minimal. Access to the beach was very convenient and the pool clean with plenty of chairs. The unit itself was clean and overall comfortable. The furniture in both bedrooms and the living room could use updating, but for the amount of time we spent in the unit, served its purpose. The AC in the unit also had a hard time keeping up with the heat during the day, sometimes it was as warm as 74 degrees during the day. It cooled well at night, so sleeping was comfortable. Super location and unbelievable views! Condo was dated and not well equipped. There were two pots in the kitchen. The toaster was broken and there wasn't even a baking sheet.
