Things you need to bring with you. Extra toilet paper, shampoo, laundry detergent, no storage bags, aluminum foil, etc. need your beach towels. There was beach chairs some floats. The condo was nice and clean. The pools are freezing probably because of the time of year. No drinking at all near the pool which was a let down. We like to drink by the pool, they are very strict on this. Probably why we won’t come again. But, if that’s not an issue you’re fine. We had a slight issue but it was addressed immediately (lack of shower curtain). It is decorated so cute and was clean and spacious. I would absolutely stay again. The location was perfect. Close to the beach (short walk) and close to all activities and events. The beach was super crowded but many big condo buildings right around there. Kids were all playing together and friendships were made. The facility has a ton of rules. Small complaints like you can't have a drink around you in the pool and hot tub, you have to wear a band all times you are there, and you can't have golf carts on the property. Check in was slow but once we got through it everything was smooth. None of the complaints are with the condo itself. You can rent a lot of places in the building but this one is exactly as described and right next to the elevator that goes to the parking garage and one of the pools. It really felt like a home away from home for the week for our family. From our lakeside view we had we could see turtles anytime , Love that!!! It seemed there was 1-2 elevators down at all times and for that big of a place, cannot happen. Other than that, we loved the resort, and our condo. It's a great place to stay. They only thing that needs to change is there should not be any extra charge for parking passes to stay there. That's my only negative feed back besides they had a scheduled water shut off for a day we was there and we was not notified of it. We was without water until around 3 PM ##### JJ M. The lights and gazebo were so pretty at night. Elevators had some issues and were slow but not a big deal. Short walk to the beach next to pinapple Willy’s was not bad at all. All the staff seemed really nice. We didn’t have any issues at all with our unit everything worked properly. Always remember to bring extra toilet tissue and paper towels!!!! Lol ##### Katherine B.
