The location on the 18th floor will allow you and your family to enjoy memorable water and Gulf views without moving an inch from here. Inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and inviting interior offering an open floor plan and a furnished balcony overlooking the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen will be waiting for the chef of the group with incredible appliances and cooking utensils. The French door fridge will store all of your groceries and the blender will be ideal for cocktails and refreshing juices. Off the kitchen is a small storage area with a washer/dryer combo, cooking utensils, and a vacuum. The breakfast bar seats three lucky guests thanks to the three stools available and there's a convenient wooden table that seats four more people. Unwind in the living area and watch TV on the flatscreen TV or plan your next move while the refreshing breeze enters the room. The private balcony facing the beach and the ocean is the ultimate lounging spot. The main bedroom features a flatscreen TV, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite full bathroom with a tub/shower. There is a bunk bed in the hallway. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. Guests who decide to book this Gulf-front escapade will be granted access to endless shared amenities that include a grilling area with tables, hot tub, three oceanfront pools, sauna, fitness center, childrenā€™s interactive Aqua Play Pools and Spray Toys, children's water slides, Splash Pad, and a Lazy River pool. The garbage disposal smells like someone pooped in it and was an unbearable smell, the shower drain in the bedroom was so clogged that it was above ankle deep water every time we showered, the floors were absolutely not clean, and the whole condo smelled like cigarettes smoke when we arrived. There was mold and paint blistering and when you took a shower that nasty leaking cold water would drip on your head. We reported this to the Vacasa desk and they asked if they could look at while we were gone. We said sure… but they never got back with us or fixed it in any way, nor did they offer any sort of compensation. Also they are very stingy with towels and won’t give you any extra even if you have young kids that sometimes splash water in the bathtub and you need more towels. No extra toilet paper will be given either. So I loved the actual place, but they could use a bit more customer service. For nearly 2 grand a week, I don’t want moldy water dripping in my hair or to buy my own toilet paper. ##### Kasey C. The door to the condo would stick and were barely able to open it. The furniture in the living and bedroom needs to be replaced. The sofa and chair look like they were purchased at a yard sale. The bed was extremely low to the floor and the headboard was loose. The kitchen had limited cookware and utensils. We didn't even have a dust pan. The elevators were extremely slow and stopped working twice during the week. There is also a public beach access between the two Splash towers making the beach in front of the resort crowded. Resort was very family friendly and we had no issues at all. My oldest son is disabled and in a wheelchair and the elevators and resort were all in good working order and his wheelchair was never an issue. I was worried the first day because there was a 15 minute wait for the elevators, but it turns out that was a fluke and we never waited more than a minute or two the rest of the week, which makes sense being on the 18th floor.
