This is a 3 bedroom , 3 bathroom plus bunk area unit, with space for 10 guests! Wrap-around balcony with a lake-view. The unit is thoughtfully decorated with coastal BoHo design. Laketown has many amenities and just across from the Gulf of Mexico: 5 pools, fun entertainment, food, and drinks .Book with us and enjoy a great vacation at the beach with your family and friends! Check in instructions will be sent 24 hours prior to arrival The person booking must be 21 years old or older and will be the responsible person for this reservation. The condo is located in a great location and floor. My only concern is the cleanliness of the condo. It needs a deep clean esp inside kitchen cabinets and curtains. Pull-out sofa mattress was stained. I truly do not believe that the bedding gets changed. We washed all of our linens before we went to bed (we always do this) and when they were washed and dried the color was brighter/whiter. I also washed 1 of the bed blankets that was brown. After it was washed the color was actually lighter (it was dirty). The linens had permanent stains on them. ##### Dee B.
