The home is just a short bike ride to reach the Rosemary Beach town center, and most importantly located only a 3-minute car ride/6 minute bike ride away from the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! This large beautiful vacation home features a family-friendly open floor plan with 2 primary suites, a well-appointed gourmet kitchen, 3 living areas, 2 guest rooms, a 3rd floor loft, and a private backyard oasis with plenty of seating for the whole group. The home was set up with your family's comfort in mind providing ample seating at both the large dining table and expansive kitchen island, as well as plenty of seating in the main family room area. Your group will find even more room to spread out up on the 2nd floor in the home small 2nd living area, and the large 3rd floor loft. #### Great Family House Near Beach

Home was big and accommodated 14 people very well. Nice back yard for kids to play and TV to utilize. About a mile walk to the beach, and a little further away from the "Main Street" area of Rosemary Beach. Close to a couple of restaurants. I would highly recommend to large families or groups.

#### Absolutely amazing!

We were completely blown away by how great this house and location was! We loved the close enough access to the beach (major shout out to the golf cart!). The house was spacious and all of the beds were ridiculously comfortable. We had a bizarre issue with the smoke alarms going off but Kathy was very responsive and was able to send someone to check it out immediately - all was well thankfully. Plenty of room and everything was clean. Gorgeous space and very happy with our stay!

#### Lovely stay for a group or family getaway

We had an great stay at Ocean Pearl. There were 7 adults in our group, and the space was perfect — spacious, clean, and very comfortable for everyone. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the common areas were ideal for hanging out and relaxing. The backyard had plenty of seating space with a grill, a table top fire pit, and a tv. The bedrooms were cozy and offered plenty of privacy, and we appreciated the beach chairs, extra bath towels, basic toiletries, and instructions for check-in/out. The location was great too — close to everything we wanted to see and do, but set in a quiet neighborhood. Having a 6 person golf car was very nice to use during our stay as well. Our host was responsive and accommodating, making the experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it for groups or families looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place to stay!

#### Ocean Pearl was Wonderful

We stayed at Ocean Pearl for the week and it was wonderful. House was nice and clean. Plenty of space w/ 3 floors. TVs everywhere. Enjoyed the backyard patio area. Parking says it can fit 3, but it'll be a very tight fit. Golf cart was great to use, but downside is you'll have to cross a busy intersection that doesn't have any stop lights. Customer service was great. I had questions during stay and they answered them quickly. I would book with them again.
