I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Regis because of the staff. The staff was amazing in helping me to get around Lake Atitlan. They provided lots of activities, a map, and suggestions on what to do. It is close proximity to the port and Guatego Atitrans. One of the best thing about staying here is the Hot Springs. Super relaxing and private!

This hotel is beautiful, love how they let you park your car a early before check in while you can go shopping. The rooms are clean tho they could leave an extra towel and xtra soap. But what tope it off was the warm springs/ salt pools and the temescal those were so relaxing it really took care of the stress of the day. No AC, but they were kindly enough to leave you a fan which I think was sufficient since the weather in the area tends to be a little bit cold. Overall love it!

A hidden gem in the middle of pana. Well maintained grounds, hardworking staff, great hot springs pools. Room was always cleaned very thoroughly. Kudos to Ana Maria. Loved the recycling and separation program they have going for refuse. If all of Guatemala becomes as diligent, the dirty roadways and culverts will become a bad memory. They are planning for the future.

This is a lovely spot and the staff and food are excellent. The rooms are clean and pleasant, though somewhat rundown. The location is great, with immediate access to the market and food.

We really enjoyed the thermal waters, it was very nice, after a long day out. It was nice to relax before calling it a night. The gardens were relaxing, and the bed very comfortable.

The property is old but well-kept. It is in a busy area but was quiet and felt like an escape from all the shops and cars just outside on the shopping street. It is a good location, and the staff is friendly.

Great place to stay
Great hotel with clean rooms, hot water and amazing grounds. Highly recommend the on-site thermal pools and massage services. The hotel is on the main street of Panajachel about a five minute walk from Lago Atitlan. Truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.

Nice gardens all around , very green and quiet . Thermal waters are perfect after a long day! Located in the middle of the main shopping road but you don’t hear all the noise from the busy street so it’s nice . The rooms could use some upgrading and maybe Ac or a fan.

Large room with comfortable beds near the centre of Panajachel. The spa was an added bonus after being bounced about on the boat rides over the lake! Staff were really helpful.

OK FOR A FEW NIGHTS..BEWARE TINY TOILET!
The place is more like a 2 star hotel...clean enough,with big rooms. One has to squeeze between a bed and closet to open the closet. The biggest problem is the extremely small toilet..feels like one is in a cupboard. On the plus side, the hotel is well located on the main strip,..the rooms well behind the trafic in a nicely manicured courtyard..so little street noise. The biggest plus is the service attendants ,esp. amelia..she is kind and wonderful.

Like a little oasis steps from the hustle and bustle of the Panajachel streets. Not cheap by CA standards but best hot shower I’ve had in Latin America in recent memory
