Just an easy ride by elevator to the third floor brings you to four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a laundry room. A breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from the sun deck will be the perfect backdrop for sunning by day and star gazing . at night. Hidden in back of the kitchen is a cozy little bay view porch that is just right for a morning cup of coffee or a private phone conversation. The second floor has three bedrooms and a bunk bed tucked away in the hall. It has a large kitchen and ample dinning space, along with a porch on each side of the house. A very large bathroom has features to accommodate all ages with an extra large shower, and a claw foot tub. There is a separate bar area as well as a half bath. On the ground floor there is space to get out of the sun and relax Or host alfresco dinners .Also included is an outdoor shower. This house is unique and in a class by itself with every room having something to discuss at the dinner table. For the fisherman looking for a great escape, the bay offers a perfect spot to anchor on the mooring buoy while the family enjoys the beach. Three boat ramps are available on Alligator Point as well as a marina for gas and ice. If you are in search of the perfect getaway for the whole family, this is it. Quiet beaches, incredible views and the most unique house on Alligator Point that you will find. Top floor 3 bedrooms have queen beds each and the 4th has 2 full beds with twin beds over. Middle floor 2 bedrooms have queen beds each and the 3rd has a full bed with a twin over. The house had every cup, plate, appliance you could want or need. It was decorated to the point that you simply stood still in some rooms and simply looked around. My one and only complaint is that it is too far from where I live that I cannot go there more often! (But somehow, one day, we hope to return). It was spacious and well taken care of. You can tell that Tisha is proud of the home and it has been well maintained and thoughtfully set up for guests. It was the 20th anniversary get together of our wonderful group of friends, and we loved the house. We had one issue with a dryer, but Tisha was very kind and responsive. We have traveled and used VRBO extensively for more than a decade and can say this is one of the most unique places we have ever stayed. The beach was perfect, there were no crowds, only other families enjoying the time together. We loved the area and surrounding towns, the aquarium and the springs kept us busy during the only bad weather day we had.
