Experience Old Florida from this newly renovated home just around the corner from sugar-sand beaches. Meander down the dirt road past quaint cottages and upscale villas to a nearly-empty Gulf beach. Or get your tan on the newly renovated deck. A private outdoor rain shower awaits you. The small dock is perfect for fishing and contemplation on the water. Extremely quiet and private, wildlife abounds in the lagoon in your own backyard. “For the Birds” is a bird-watcher's paradise from your porch. 15-min walk to the beach, or Bald Point State beach is a 10-minute drive. Alligator Point boasts 3 beautiful public beaches and Beach Access 1 is only a 3 minute drive. Local restaurants include Angelo's Seafood Restaurant, The Seineyard at Rock Landing, Posey's Up the Creek Steam Room and the Tiki Hut at Alligator Point's full service marina. We practically lived on the screened in porch, watching all the birds and wildlife. It was a short drive to the beach which was never crowded the whole week. There were a few very wonderful restaurants right across the bridge and a tiki Hut right on the point. Property was advertised honestly. We loved being so close to the beach. Not to mention the beach was practically empty. We saw dolphins swimming for hours one day. Very clean. Property management had superb customer service and was also willing to ship an item we left.
