The thermal pool was good, however the rooms are old some with stains. The shower and other services are all out of date. The food was not good.

The hotel seems old with the smelly rooms and filthy carpets. The overnight staying groups of tourists made a restless and sleepless nights to the people staying in the rooms facing the pools. The rooms facing the garden side has a 6 o’clock morning wake up call with the draging suitcases , idling buses and shouting people. The food is not typical 5 star hotel in Turkey. Packaged jelly and cheese for breakfast. Dinners were reasonable with lots of variety. The biggest concern about staying at this property are overnight groups. They staying in the pools until very late, shouting from the balconies and leaving early morning. But all this could be controlled, because hotel has a beautiful grounds around the property. Just take these buses to the lot in front of hotel and let people staying at your hotel enjoy their vacation. The big shout to the people working at the restaurant and cleaning ladies. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

The staff were mean - and stingy, once they knew I'm alone they have only included one bottle of water in the room and they wanted to charge for another. They have also charged me for the shower cap for the pool :). They recommended a very useless tour which I paid 100 Euros for - Kaklik Cave, Salda Lake ... Wifi was bad... they have only provided one card to open the room and asked for another one so I can keep my phone on the charger - they didn't provide claiming they have only one so I ad to go to the reception every single time to enter my room. The only good think was the outdoors thermal pool to be fair.

The hot spring was attractive enough to relieve the fatigue of the day. Don't miss the tea time, served with light bread and tea from 4:00 PM to 5:15 PM.

Nice pools
If you are reading this in the time of Covid, this place rocks as we had the pools completely to ourselves multiple times. No other reason to really stay here other than the thermal pools. If you are reading this post-Covid, congratulations on surviving and watch out for tour buses unloading metric tons of tourists to use the pools.

Very quiet place next to a pine park. Perfect thermal pools - inner and outers. Good dinners but poor breakfasts. Clean rooms with comfy beds. Heated swumming pool at low season. Good rehabilitation clinic.

I know it's a five-star nice hotel with great spa and service, however it all doesn't matter if they do not have a good WiFi connection. It's the first thing hotels should make sure. If I knew that, I wouldn't have booked.

We stayed in an apartment, a lot of space, maybe the space can be better configured. 2 TV (why?) not locked (can use HDMI), a huge “minibar” almost empty. A huge bathroom, half empty with a huge bathtub, with massage and thermal water. 2 air conditioning, one splitter an one builded in. Toiletry where there, not so fancy, very small and we’re not replenish in 3 days. The hotel is a series of separate buildings with 3 floors, with elevator ( at least ones I see) spread around a beautiful and well maintained garden as well as the pool and mud baths area. The good part about pool, mud baths and spa is that can be used till late in the night. ( I think till 24:00). The pool is clean big and heated. The mud baths / thermal pools are hot to very hot, are looking strange, a little smelly, red/green because of thermal spring used. The staff from reception was very helpful and speak very good English. The breakfast was poor on option: 2 vegetable, 2 types of cheese , 2 types of olive, eggs... and more types of pastry/breads

Pam thermal hotel.
What a lovely hotel. Slightly difficult to find but sat nav does find it when entering hotel name rather than address. Brilliant welcome and assistant had room changed as soon as he saw my wife was in a wheelchair. They provided us with a room with easier access. Several guests in wheelchairs obviously taking advantage of the healing therapies. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will stay longer next time and make use of all the facilities.

The rooms smell of urine. the bed sheets were infested with bugs. Dirty marks on all furniture. There were no elevators. The breakfast cutlery was broken or cracked. The gentleman making omelettes was wiping his sweat with the same hand that he was using to make the eggs without cleaning them. Overall a terrible experience. Rude staff. Absolutely no customer service. The bell boy kept cursing while carrying our luggage to the room on the first floor.

Pamukkale has a reputation as a prime Turkish tourist attraction and so the hotel options are endless for tourists who seldom linger here more than a day. The larger hotels tend to be more modern and comfortable,as this one,but the great majority of guests are coach parties from abroad which leaves little scope for flexibility and the personal touch this independent tourist craves.

tesekkurler.
Resepsiyondaki arkadaslar gayet iyiydi. Yemekler olmasi gerektigi kadardi. Havuz ve camur havuzu cok guzeldi. Bone takmak zorunlu havuzlarda ve bu sayede daha rahat ediliyor. Kahvalti harikaydi. Guler yuzlu calisanlara buradan tesekkur ederim.

Η αγένεια του προσωπικού χαλάει την εικόνα ολόκληρου του ξενοδοχείου. Πάρα πολύ αγενές προσωπικό, μόνο οι καθαρίστριες ήταν ευγενικές. Πύτε στο check in δεν μας εξήγησαν τα βασικά, μας πέταξαν απλώς μια κάρτα στην κυριολεξία. Το φαγητό κάτω του μετρίου με πολύ μικρή ποικιλία.
