35 km north of Kajaani, Lake Oulujärvi 50 m. No own shore, public shore 400 m. Location at the area of Paltamo Golf course. Putting green between the villa and the shore.  
A two storey wooden house, built in 2010\. Lowest floor: kitchen, bedroom with double bed (160cm wide), sauna (electric stove), bathroom with 2 showers, dressing room, toilet, terrace. Upstairs: bedroom with 2 beds, bedroom with a bed (120 cm wide), loft with a sofa bed, toilet, balcony.  
  
Price includes 2 x GOLF cambling, valid for June, July, August and September.  
  
Included in price:  
ERV cancellation insurance  
Final cleaning (Basic cleaning is always carried out by the guest) (2026-03-02 - 2027-05-01)  
Laundry (initial supply of bed linen and towels) (2026-03-02 - 2027-05-01)
