Property Summary  
Torre Mora 5 km from Pals Centre is a vacation rental situated in an apartment block called "Sa Guilla" with three stories. The property offers a central location, just 1 km from the sea. Amenities include a Swimming Pool, Yard, In Village setting, Internet Wifi, Parking, and an Installment Plan option.  
  
Outdoors  
You can enjoy the natural state property and garden areas. The property features a round swimming pool (15 x 10 m, depth 40 - 190 cm) available seasonally from May 15 to October 15\. There is also a shower/WC in the pool area and a children's pool.  
  
Other Information  
Parking options include a single garage and public parking on the road. Nearby, you'll find a shop just 1 m away, a supermarket 50 m away, a restaurant 20 m away, and a bar 10 m away. The sandy beach "Playa del Grau" is 1 km away, while the pebble beach "Playa de Sa Riera" is 3 km away. A surf school is situated 2 km from the property, and walking paths start just 1 km from the house. Note that the owner does not accept any groups or youth groups, and the neighborhood is highly sensitive to noise, so quietness and good behavior are expected.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
Nearby attractions include Illes Medes, located 17 km away, and Parc Aventura, just 3 km from the property. Hiking paths like Caminos de Ronda hasta Begur are accessible 1 km from the house. The property is located in Torroella De Montgrí, Spain.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 4-room penthouse that spans over two levels on the second floor, with a total area of 100 square meters. The penthouse features a comfortable and modern interior design. On the main level, you will find a living/dining room equipped with a digital TV and access to a terrace. There is one bedroom with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long. Additionally, there is an open kitchen area furnished with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and toilet are also located on this level. On the upper level, there is another bedroom with a French bed of the same size, a bathroom with a tub and toilet, and air conditioning. This level also provides access to the terrace. The third bedroom has one single bed measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm long, as well as two bunk beds of the same dimensions.  
  
Amenities Included  
The penthouse is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay during your vacation. Air conditioning is available in one of the bedrooms on the upper level. A washing machine is provided for your laundry needs, and an iron is also included. For families with young children, a high chair and a baby cot are available upon request. Additionally, a hair dryer is provided for your convenience. Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the penthouse. A reserved parking space, G-13, is available in the garage for your vehicle.  
  
Other Information  
Please note that this is a non-smoking penthouse, ensuring a smoke-free environment during your stay. The TV channels available are limited to Spanish channels only. The penthouse is registered with the Catalan Tourism Registry under the identification number HUTG-070793\. Terrace furniture is provided, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor space and the beautiful weather. The penthouse is located within the Sa Guilla Golf & Sun resort, which offers a golf course and access to various sun-related activities.

- ![This was one of my favorite spots in Spain.  It has clear blueish-green water and was great for swimming and jumping off the rock in front.  There is a small cave in the far back corner on the beach which has many mosquito's at night (bummer). This photo was taking in the morning before it got over populated with naked Spaniards swimming and playing ping pong on the beach.  I would come here again I had a great time and camped 2 nights on the beach.
