### Casa Belavista near Lisbon

This beautiful and modernly furnished apartment (110 m², private entrance) is located in the historic old town of Palmela, in the centre of the wine-growing region of the Setúbal Peninsula, 28 km south of Lisbon. Experience the medieval atmosphere directly below the Moorish castle ‘Castelo’ and the historic city park. House within a house. Living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, heating and air conditioning. Last renovated in 2025\. Private courtyard. Atlantic beaches only 15 minutes away. Bem vindo.  
The apartment and courtyard are located on the ground floor. The 110 m² apartment has a living room, a suite with a king-size bed (1.80 m), a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (1.60 m) and a single bed (0.80 m), and two bathrooms with walk-in showers. The living room has a sofa bed (1.40 m). The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine and everything you need. The internet runs via fibre optic. There are two televisions. The apartment has a large courtyard and hammocks. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
