"The room was very clean. The sink in the bathroom had a large counter top. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was the best I have ever had that was included with the room. Scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, cinnamon rolls yogurt, cereal to name a few! Very good!"

"Travel as nurse, lots of noice above me at 1am, called front desk, don’t know if anything was done because noise didn’t stop for awhile. Tried to get into the pool/hot tub area and it was locked, was like 7pm. One night was fine."

"We had a great stay in Balsam Lake while we were in town for a wedding. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was a great spot to come back to after a busy weekend, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again!"
