Palmas Altas Vacation Packages

Good location, nice place, clean, looks the sana as pictured. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and casino. Doesn’t have pool.

It was overall a good experience.

The hotel had all the charm of a corporate apartment, clean, but none of the feeling that you look for at a hotel in Puerto Rico. Fine for a night to get on a Cruise, but not for a stay in San Juan. No hot water, materials peeling off the walls of the outdoor patio, unusable jacuzzi tub and elevator noise all night made it a bad stay.

We couldn’t even stay at this property as it was under construction, and when I called the Expedia customer service, they weren’t even helpful in the fact that they kept the insisting that the property was open even though we were sending them photographs of the property being Vacant parking lot was chained up construction. Posting was on the side of the building. There is cement bags in the lobby and then we were told that somebody would meet us at the property to let us in. So basically the hotel was empty and we were expected to stay there. It was horrible. I’m still fighting with Expedia to get my refund.
