The couple that look after the property, Lola and Fernando, are extremely attentive and were a real pleasure to meet- they attended every day to sort the pool and tend the immaculate garden and were always happy to offer suggestions for local bars, restaurants, trips, etc. Maarten, the owner of the property, was in communication from the start and was very responsive and helpful dealing...

"The old town of Carmona is like stepping into the past (in a good way!). In the middle though, is this excellent apartment. It has been renovated to keep the charm but is modern and clean and very tastefully decorated. It's not the easiest place to drive and park a car though. Overall, a great place to discover and enjoy Carmona and the Sevilla area."

"My only hesitation in writing a review of our stay at the Hacienda Nueva is that I might encourage too many people to go and thus limit my chance of a future visit! The entire experience could not have been more perfect. The property is exactly as advertised and maintained in an immaculate fashion by the property caretakers. The house is spacious and comfortable. We were only four but one can see how 8+ would be easily manageable. All rooms were clean and comfortable and there was excellent A/C...

"Communication with the owners were horrible they didn’t reply to our messages for days, property listed with internet available and when we asked about the availability they said there is not internet, we were relying on the internet for some work and it ruined our stay, water was toxic and caused stomach ache they provided contact information for some guy to help us with the check in process. We had issue with electricity the first day and they came next day to fix it. Wouldn’t recommend this...
