In the district of Sant Agustí - Cala Major, outside the resort, 7 km from the centre of Palma, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.2 km from the sea, 1.2 km from the beach. Private: terraced garden, swimming pool angular, heated (6 x 3 m, depth 50 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge, arbour, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener.
