Convenient Apartment
This is a very convenient apartment in the old town but just a block in from waterfront. Great apartment. It was very quiet. The appliances are all pretty new. Only complaint was some food smells in the evening from a restaurant. Recommend.

Property manager was helpful and accommodating. She even assisted with coordinating a taxi for travel to the airport and made other recommendations for places to go and things to do.

Perfect location to explore beautiful Palma
Really enjoyed our 4 day break to Palma. The apartment is in the perfect location to explore the old town of Palma, the beaches and of course the Cathedral. Very clean with everything you could need, shower, hairdryer, Nespresso coffee machine etc. We were on the 3rd floor and the stairs are a bit steep but no real problem fo us and the added bonus of a roof top terrace gave us the opportunity to have a glass of wine in the early spring evening before going out for tapas.

Lovely little flat
Great little flat in a super area. Everything that Palma has to offer is on your doorstep but the flat is situated in a quiet side street. The owner Paola was lovely and on hand with suggestions for nice restaurants etc. We will return.

Modern comfortable flat in the heart of Palma
This flat was spotlessly clean and decorated to a very high standard. All rooms were spacious and the kitchen was more the adequate with hob, oven, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge (which was a little on the small side). There was a dining table that could have sat six and a sofa and television. The bathroom had a sink, shower and toilet. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed with a spacious wardbrobe (which Ideally needed more hangers) and another TV. There was an air con unit in both the living area and the bedroom and we were able to keep the flat beautifully cool in the hot August weather. The flat was layed out as such that we were able to such out any street noise. The location was excellent. The street itself was very quite and not a main thoroughfare but after turning a corner or two you found yourself in the heart of the city. Minutes from the main sights, losts of bus stops and various eateries and shops. The airport bus dropped us a ten minute walk away and the main transport hub station on plaza de España was about a 15 minute walk away. It wasn't a problem for us but the flat did have very steep steps
