Boasting tile floors throughout, a spacious living room welcomes you with double-pained/tinted windows giving you panoramic views of mountains, multi-million dollar homes, one of which being a world-renowned musical entertainer, mountain view splendor and gorgeous desert landscaping surrounds you. Wanting privacy? No problem! All windows are double-pained, and have honeycomb blinds protecting both your privacy and maintaining a cool and comfortable space to relax and chill. Two 55-inch digital televisions with surround sound will bring you that favorite game and movie night experience you desire in both the living room and bedroom. Wireless internet, Cable TV with all the movie, sports, news channels or ROKU TV make your show selections hassle free or plug in your own apple TV and enjoy your personal selections. The state-of-the-art kitchen provides you with new stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, gas range, marble countertops, self-closing cupboards/drawers, pull out shelves, plenty of pantry space, garbage disposal, cool water dispenser in refrigerator, ice maker, OXO automatic drip coffee maker, Keurig and a fully loaded kitchen with all the dish-ware and utensils you would need. The condo is just as pictured, tiny and immaculate as far as cleanliness. We loved that we could hike with trails across the street. Todd is the most gracious and the kindest host we have encountered. We appreciated the 'little things' that meant a lot, his responsiveness to our questions, willingness to add channels so my husband could watch golf. I Stayed for the month of July with the intent to explore moving to Palm Springs, and this was a great backdrop for a wonderful month!. The condo is not only beautifully decorated, but comfortable and convenient to everything Palm Springs has to offer. My sister accompanied me for the first week, and used the bedroom, and I can confirm that the couch is as comfortable for sleeping as well should you want to have additional short-term guests. The rain shower in the bathroom is very relaxing, and a cool shower at the end of a hot day was very relaxing and enjoyable. This is my first experience using a bidet, and I don't know how I've lived so long as an adult without one. I enjoy baking, and the kitchen was well appointed with everything I needed to make dishes to take to potlucks I attended in the area. The host checked in frequently and offered to re-stock any commonly used items. The complex was quiet and well maintained and the pool area was very secluded and relaxing. This place is great! The interior has been completely renovated and everything is brand new. The rooms are beautifully decorated, excellently designed and very inviting. The kitchen has every tool/gadget you can think of which is great if you like to cook. The South Palm Springs location is awesome with easy access to lots of hiking/nature. You're surrounded by mountains and hills which is lovely for walks around the neighborhood and you're just a short drive to downtown shops and restaurants. The pool is super relaxing, the condo complex is peaceful and the neighbors are friendly. And to top if off, Todd is a wonderful owner who is super responsive and accommodating.
