A peaceful oasis among palm trees, ponderosa pines and an amazing Mountain View , this second floor unit is located just steps to the serenity of the pool and has everything you need to scape life for a while. If you prefer to keep in touch, a big screen internet TV and wireless internet await you. Perfectly located just minutes from the excitement of downtown, the Cabazon Shopping Outlet, the iconic Palm Springs Tram, Joshua Tree National Park and everything the desert valley have to offer.

Only between May and November the tenant will be paying the electrical bill ( additional $100 to $300 depending of the use of the A/C )

Awesome Condo, Excellent Location!

This condo is owned by an outstanding gentleman! He immediately helped with any questions or problems we had. The location is awesome, overlooking the pool & hot tub, with the mountains as a back drop, on the second floor. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again. The grounds are very well kept. The condo itself was super clean, with all the amenties you ever need while on vacation. If you're considering renting this condo, have no fear, it's well worth it!!
