There was really no reason for a 1-star review as this is a fantastic unit. PS CITY ID #57930 Step into a stunning downtown Palm Springs villa, where modern comfort meets desert charm. This 2-story retreat offers private outdoor spaces, stylish interiors, and walking-distance access to the Convention Center, shops, and dining. The units was clean and well appointed however it was impossible to get a night of undisturbed sleep. The HVAC system was so noisy it was impossible to sleep, hold a conversation, or listen to music. I find it hard to believe that this wasn’t flagged as an issue earlier. I would not recommend this property unless there is proof that this issue has been addressed. ##### Peter B.
