While the limited staff were helpful and super nice, there were not enough staff or pool facilities to handle the crowd. There were dishes left sitting at restaurant, public bathrooms were disgusting and missing toilet paper, broken lanterns hanging in lobby and tiles missing in pool area. Hot tub smelled like throw up. Golf course was beautiful. Prices were crazy high. I won’t go back

They didn’t have the room that we laid for available when we were there. So instead of the executive suite we stayed in’s two queen bed room. They initially wouldn’t do any to make the stay better. After a couple more nudges they offered us Credit for food and hotel service fees.

Disappointed in the property compared to the last time. Just seems to be losing quality maintenance and service. The wifi is awful. The gym was filthy and appears to not have been cleaned or dusted in months. Bathrooms, especially at the main pool were messy and unclean. Every department seemed understaffed. Long lines at the front desk, no answers when calling the front desk, food orders at the pool took more than an hour (and were wrong), food order at the game room took more than an hour. We visited on a busy week and the main pool was excessively crowded. We left early as it wasn't enjoyable.

Room location faced an electrical room and was near the laundry station. Loud noises starting at 6am. Thin walls with kids shouting next door. Pool overcrowded and broken loungers with pitiful towels. Over run with kids and poor dining options. Bed was comfortable. Lack of bins in bathrooms and no floor mats on tile floor in bathroom Extra overcharge on room bill. No apology when it was their mistake. Comfortable bed and nice sheets . Parking extremely limited. Won't stay here again

Positive: nice rooms, friendly staff, large area, gaming room, good breakfast buffet, decent drinks at bars, adult pool area Neutral: cleaning comes in really random times - one day at 9 am, the other at 4pm. Unfortunately, 2nd day we were in a rush to get to restaurant right after gym and they were cleaning. Since they didn't speak English, it felt a bit uncomfortable for them and us when we had to close ourselves to bathroom to quickly wash and change clothes while they were cleaning the rooms, as we were unable to communicate that. Minuses: * Not enough food options on the premises in the evening. * The main restaurant is quite expensive, and the food is not with good quality/price ratio. * The main restaurant breakfast was meh (coffee, Denver omelet, toasts) and expensive, while the buffet (which they don't really promote) was so much better (custom-made omelet, fresh fruit, oatmeal, smoked salmon, etc.) and with very good price-to-value ratio.

The shower/tub was visibly dirty and the heater didn’t work in the room we were in originally. We called the front desk and was told housekeeping would come and clean and never did. We called the front desk, and we were given a different room. The heater worked but we noticed hair in the shower. Ended up cleaning the shower ourselves.

Met staff member Mike who greeted me with a smile and his kind words made my stay safe. I got to see him again right when I was driving off He was helping someone else unload her bags. He stopped and recognized me and asked about my stay/ concert. That made me feel special to know your staff members are there to make customers stay and experience a memorable one. Thank you Mike !

Beautiful views of the golf course from our room! The property was nicely kept up and quiet during our stay. All of the staff that we encountered were very nice and friendly! Loved this hotel!

The property was gorgeous. Happy hour free drinks super fun but not enough seating. Restaurant was great and food delicious. All staff were fantastic and friendly. Charging for self parking seemed excessive. It should be free. Rooms needed update but were large, wiiet with comfortablebedding.

I loved that my check in was quick, James was great. The room was nice, the buffet was delicious. Guests were very friendly. I loved the shampoo/conditioner. The only thing that made me a little uncomfortable was that I was asked TWICE if my husband and I were staying at the resort. Once at the arcade/bar and again the next day at the buffet breakfast. Aside from that everything was great. Regardless if we were staying there or not, being asked doesn’t feel very welcoming. James did a great job with his customer service. I also liked that this resort helps animals get adopted, and of course we loved the pool and the jacuzzi. I loved that they extended our check out time an hour, for 12 noon at no additional charge. That was very nice. All that being said, we would stay here again in the future.

The staff was great. The property needs a major renovation. Our room looked old and the dust in some areas was piling up. Our first night my son went to the bathroom and found a cockroach on the sink. This is not what a 4 star property looks like.
