Our Hotel Stay celebrating our 32nd Anniversary!
It was a really nice stay. We were there as a couple to celebrate our 32nd Anniversary!. It was quiet and lots of beautiful birds all around us. The Staff was very kind and generous. They were amazing and helped us locate wonderful breakfast restaurants, especially Elmers, that you can even walk to! They even generously updated our room so we could have a shadier spot near the pool. The Hotel is near downtown and Casinos. Stores are all around, so all is very convenient. Check out time was very family oriented. Cost efficient and very clean. You will feel safe and well cared for.

Enjoyed our stay!
Unit was large. Full size refrigerator and stove in a studio. All the units are poolside. Leticia the housekeeper did and excellent job, our unit was very clean. Quiet location and comfortable king bed. Will definitely stay here again. Good parking.

Palm Springs Mini Getaway
The place was very comfortable and quiet except for a vibrating noise that came from the ceiling and continued all through the night and day every couple of minutes. It made it very hard to sleep.

This would be my second time staying at villas and I love it , the office people are nice and get you checked in fast. The bed is big and comfy and there is also a couch that pulls out to a bed. The only thing I would change is the kitchen appliances, but just for me since I like cooking I feel like I need more. Overall still great.

This is my second time in this hotel and i really love it, pretty quiet. Has everything coffee maker, bread toaster, really good size fridge,etc.. I plan to go palm springs once a year and i love to stay here. Great job to the stuff. Love it

I was there in the off-season and they upgraded me to a suite. The suite was really nice. It was well-furnished, had a real kitchen stocked with silverware, kitchen tools, and pots and pans. There's a little private back area as well.

We travel often to a Palm Springs and normally stay at various hotels for the excitement of newness. The Palm Springs Villas has a quaint, easiness and comfort that will definitely have us visiting again and again.

This is a very quiet place (I only saw one other occupant). Apparently most guest are on time share and come for a week or so. We only stayed two days; there were no housekeeping but we had plenty of clean towels, so it was not a problem. The unit had lots of things you may need such as 3 sets of glasses or a teapot, even dishwasher tablets. Lots of space (I can see a family with two or three kids). There are two pools and a hot tub (did not get to use those, but looked tempting) Minuses: the unit was on the end and it takes at least ten minutes for the hot water to start running (such a waste in the desert!). The AC unit is rather old and the air flow is right across the bed (I just turned it off for the night (so we got chilly) rather than deal with it coming on/off and keeping me awake). The area is not really walking distance to the downtown Palm Springs, but very close using the car. Considering the price was cheaper than motels and had a fridge it was a good find. Wi-FI was ok for the phone but not strong enough for the computer.

No Luxury Hotel
This was no luxury hotel, the appointments were a little dated. But the room was clean and the staff friendly and responsive. My room came with a kitchen and a private patio. The Villas of Palm Springs are located just past the Palm Canyon curve which is close to all of the action downtown.

Perfect for Us
Loved it! I'm picky when it comes to cleanliness and this place was so clean that everything looked brand new. Even when I swept the floor, hardly any dirt. The room and complete kitchen (including utensils) and beds were perfect for my little family. Loved the saltwater pool and appreciated the laundry facility with the larger machines for bigger loads. Icing on the cake was the peacefulness surrounding us. The walls must have been thick because we couldn't hear next-door neighbors' TVs or talking which you get at regular hotels a lot. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a comfortable casual stay in Palm Springs.

Overall good value
Overall it was a good value for what we paid. The attendant was only there for a couple of hours in the morning and a couple in the afternoon. The room could use some minor maintenance. The stove was gas and worked good although I had turned it low to simmer and i forgot to shut it off and the fire went out so I didn't notice before we went swimming. My husband stayed in and didn't realize that the room was filling with gas. I immediately smelled it when I came back in and aired out the room. The pool was like bath water, but the outside temperature was 112 each day. The light switches at the door didn't appear to turn anything on or off. The grill outside by the pool worked great. There wasn't any kind of map to show us but we later discovered a 2nd pool with hot tub around back. Pretty view. Nice neighborhood. Most everything fairly close by. Be prepared to drive unless you are willing to walk 1-3 miles one way.

Room was decent. Nothing great. Kind of old and outdated. Cheap scratchy towels & TP. Bad odor in room. The wooden blinds were broken letting too much light in. The bed was comfortable. Nothing within walking distance. These villas were quiet tho, located in a residental area which I liked. Small pool & 1 family took it completely over w/6 large flotation toys. No one else could use pool when this family was in there. Several other parties besides me, came & went when unable to use pool. Overpriced for what you get. Just OK. Nothing special.

Awesome value for money - Totally worth it
We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights and I just wanna say Gracie was absolutely awesome. The place was great - walking distance from downtown - and if a mile long walk is too much one can always take the free shuttle service steps away from the hotel. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The hotel has two small pools and jacuzzis. There was a storm, actually it was the storm of the century and there were flash floods all over Palm Springs and even our room got flooded. Gracie was so kind to come back to the hotel at night to give us a new room and let us keep the other one if we did'nt feel like hauling all our stuff to the new room. Great service and a great experience we'll definitely stay again on our next trip to Palm Springs.

Nice and quiet getaway
Stayed at The Villas for two nights with my son for his birthday. We loved it! The room layout with the kitchen and patio was very comfortable. The property itself was very quiet and in a great location. Would stay here again.

Buyer beware!
The management is very nice and helpful and the hotel is clean and well maintained. However, it is not in walking distance of downtown and badly needs to be updated. The room and furnishings appear to be from the 70s and the bathroom had many stains (though it was clean). For the same price you can stay in much nicer accomodations.
