The gate code didn't work and the buttons on the door were hard to see. Basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap were missing. The shower items were unlabeled, and the hot tub was grimy. The outside area needed upkeep as well. Despite these issues, the host was very responsive.
