City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. The outdoors pool side was beautiful and fantastic. Lots of towels and The house was spacious for 10 of us. The kids said it was one of the best getaways they have had. We did have some issues. Upon arriving there was an awful smell. The garbage was over flowing and rotting from the heat. I had to call to get it removed. They came the following day. The toilets in both bathrooms were blocked and had to call maintenance and have a plumber come snake the lines. Plumber said no fault of ours. Of course we then had to clean up after and mop the entire house. We were asked to remove linens before checking out. The mattress in one of the casitas was horribly stained and brown. I’m glad we didn’t see this until the end of our stay as this was really disturbing. The last day the owner showed up without calling stating that someone said we were playing music. She came opened the garage and was yelling hello into the house. She did not have a mask on. The TV was on and she asked what was she hearing. I told her there was no music and it was the TV. She never introduced herself and was somewhat hostile. I’m still giving this rental a 4 star because all in all we had a good time as a family and it’s exactly what we needed during this stressful time with Covid. ##### ANA M.
