INTERIOR Inside, the home feels bright, polished, and easy to settle into, with an open floor plan that connects the living, dining, and kitchen spaces into one cohesive flow. The living area is styled with plush furnishings, elegant décor, a wall-mounted TV, and a fireplace that adds warmth and character without interrupting the clean, modern lines of the space. The dining area sits just beyond, with a table for four placed in front of sliding glass doors so meals unfold with views of the pool deck and a natural indoor–outdoor rhythm. The kitchen is designed for both convenience and gathering, finished with stainless steel appliances and anchored by a breakfast bar with seating for four. Two sets of sliders open the main level to the yard, creating an effortless transition from cooking and conversation to poolside lounging. Location and views were wonderful. Bryan, the host, was responsive and helpful. We did have some problems with the pool/spa heat, but it was eventually fixed, and we received a refund for the days when the heater did not work. We liked the fact that the condo had two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a separate TV room. The TVs all had access to popular streaming channels.
