My room was beyond tiny and extremely noisy! It was situated by the pool motor and the noise kept me up all night long. The pool was a score but the dirty soiled cushions are all in need of a huge steam cleaning - they’re very soiled and dirty. The pool itself was clean quiet and very relaxing

very bad smell in the room . like it reeked of cleaning ammonia . the bathroom floors were sticky and the coffee machine had only ONE pod of coffee even though we are 3 in the room... check in and out was my responsibility I had to download an create an account to check myself in. No more personal to take care of you.. Not my type of vacation

My room was dingy and rundown, so I was quite disappointed considering what I paid. The Manager did hear my concerns and took one night off my bill, which was appreciated. I like the Sonder concept, hope they upgrade the suites at Sonder V.

I’m quite disappointed in the quality of the room itself, and the lack of thoughtfulness for their guests. When a car drives by, or someone walks up/down the stairs, the fixed glass door in the bathroom (and other loose items in the room) shake. This makes an attempt at sleep near impossible because it’s a constant rattling. The staff woke us up both mornings yelling to each other from the down the hall before 8 AM. This would be such a great place to stay for location and the adults-only pool, but the inability to sleep is absolutely unacceptable considering that just is the sole necessity of a hotel.

The online check in process was cumbersome. It requires guest to submit a photo of their driver license and a selfie. They only accept online check in. The shower gel dispenser was broken.

The amenities at the property are nice. The pool area and gym are nice and the hotel is in a good area very close to downtown PS. The problem is the room had a terrible odor. After 2 nights of our 7 night stay we had to relocated to a friends home because the smell was very bad. The room was a 2 star hotel at best. That being said, the staff was very nice and responsive and they did credit us for 3 nights of our stay.
