However, it is not convenient walking distance to downtown Palm Springs (if that is important to you). Amazing views from house and very private. Truly an amazing experience!Opportunities for improvement: The house probably needs a thorough cleaning, dust and hair (looked like pet hair) throughout and on sofas.
