It was also spotlessly clean, the kitchen well equipped and very organized. It was especially nice to be so close to Ruth Hardy Park and an easy walk to downtown. Having a garage and gated, enclosed yard was a definite plus. We've rented Acme Houses before and have always had an excellent experience--this was no exception. We felt very much at home, and it was a great feeling to be there. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, the house interior has nice decorative art, new floors, kitchen, rooms are comfortable, and it felt like a home away from home! The location is great and close enough to drive to the grocery store or the popular tourist attractions. A welcome vacation and a wonderful experience. I liked that the primary bedroom is separated from the other two bedrooms and we enjoyed the pool very much. The property management company was helpful and communicative - they responded immediately when I texted questions and were very friendly. (Seriously the best experience I've had with a management company.) The only issue we had was when we initially arrived we had some trouble getting into the property because the entry codes were slightly mislabeled in the check-in information, but I let the management company know so that they can fix that for future tenants. ##### Mindy R.
