As soon as they were secured, every hotel in the area doubled or tripled their rates. Found this little gem and it was perfect. Within 15 minutes of Empire Polo grounds. Room is similar to a hotel room in size. Comfortable bed, sitting area, small table/chairs, kitchenette. Lots of artwork. Pool/hot tub and large outside patio with numerous lounge chairs. Host (Margret) was great. Asked about our plans and shared info. Very responsive. A number of small, personsl touches (wine and glasses as we entered the room, among others). Clearly evident she takes pride in the accommodations. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Very highly recommended. Thank you Margret for your hospitality. ##### James C.
