I booked this property for a long weekend stay with friends from the Midwest. Maurine the property manager was extremely responsive and helped us out with everything we needed. She gets five stars! The property itself is very clean, well stocked, impeccably decorated and in a prime location to the airport and downtown Palm Springs. There is a great pool area and another sitting area with a fire pit to enjoy outdoor time in the phenomenal weather. The fire pit in back was wonderful to use as the evenings were cooler. We did t use the pool, but enjoyed sitting by it. We enjoyed using the 2 bikes to go for a morning bike ride to explore the city . The only issue we had was returning to the house on a Sunday afternoon and found that the electronic gate wouldn’t work. I called and left a message and received a call back within 20 minutes. The gas grill worked nicely. Located near the airport, so some flight noise at times. Gated property, digital door locks, remotes for garage and gate provided. Overall, great communication with the owner, very nice interior, visually bright, and nicely decorated. Comfortable. Functional. The only downfall for us is this is not a pretty neighborhood and is located 3 miles outside of Old Palm Springs areas.
