Outdoors, gather in the pool, or relax on one of the 8 lounge chairs surrounding the pool. The spa is just right at night, the perfect way to end the day under the desert stars. There is also a fire pit next to the spa, to accompany our gorgeous desert sunsets for the perfect evening ambiance. Fire up the grill on the large natural gas BBQ, complete with sink. You'll find that the seating areas for outdoor dining are abundant for all your alfresco dining desires. Let the dogs and kids run around the grassy lawn, also included on this oversize Palm Springs lot. Indoors, tiled floors, high ceilings, and an open concept living, and kitchen area give the house a fluid feel. A large round dining table is located right when you walk in, and off on the other side is the great room and features a Smart Flatscreen TV, modern sectional for 8, and large windows that allow the Palm Springs sunshine to pour into the house. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops with two waterfall edges on the expansive islands, and is completely stocked with place settings, cooking utensils, and glassware. The spacious primary bedroom has a King bed, smart television, en-suite bathroom that is super luxe, with a large tiled walk-in shower and double vanities. The other main house guest bedrooms feature Queen size bed, smart television, ceiling fans, and comfy linens. Bedroom two and three share a hallway bathroom that also provides direct access to the outside pool deck. Bedroom four features all the same amenities including its own en-suite bathroom. The private attached casita showcases a Queen size bed, mini fridge, microwave, sink, and an en-suite bathroom with tiled shower. Excellent location just minutes to the hustle and bustle of Downtown Palm Springs, the Palm Springs Art Museum, hikes at Indian Canyon, several restaurants and coffee shops, plus golf courses and tennis courts. Take I-10 or Highway 111 East to other desert cities, like Palm Desert, with famous El Paseo shopping district, or the Coachella and StoageCoach Music festival in Indio. It was an easy walk to downtown. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked. There is ample parking at the house. The property is on a quiet side street. Beds were comfortable. The pool area was lovely and we enjoyed the putting green. Check in and check out was super easy. Property managers were very responsive. We had a wonderful stay in Palm Springs--thanks in large part to the great accommodations. ##### Denise K. The house is spectacular and the rental agency is wonderful. There were 8 of us celebrating a birthday and we loved every minute. The house is large enough that we never felt crowded. The beds and super comfy and the living spaces large enough for us all. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need if you want to cook. The outside space is the best. Lots of pool loungers and floats. We elected to heat the pool and it was a treat to swim outside in January. You can walk to town or it’s a short 5 minute Uber ride. The rental agency was fantastic. Check in was a breeze and they addressed two very minor issues (clogged shower drain and door lock) immediately and even left chocolate for us afterwards! If you are looking for the perfect house for your group, this is the one! We will definitely be back. ##### Margaret D. This house is amazing and received rave reviews from everyone ages 24-59\. It is in an awesome location - walking distance to Palm Canyon Drive where daily acai bowls and yoga on the roof were enjoyed by the 20-somethings. The neighborhood is quiet and walking distance to a park with tennis courts and a wellness path. The house itself is outfitted better than any rental home I've stayed in. From a mandoline in the kitchen (!!) sharp knives and any kind of serving dish you can imagine (which was key for Thanksgiving) to games, pool toys and floats, a putting green with putters, comfortable beds and plenty of space and privacy I don't think we could have asked for anything more. Well, except a longer vacation. I think we are going to book again, it was truly a special stay in a lovely home! ##### Beth S.
