This delightful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom pool home offers ultra-private grounds, wonderful views of the San Jacinto Mountains, palm trees and desert landscape.  
  
Completely renovated in 2017 this Palm Springs getaway provides an immaculate and welcoming desert retreat decorated in true iconic midcentury style. It\`s the perfect backdrop for a one-of-kind Palm Springs vacation.  
  
The home sleeps 6 and features a spacious and bright floor plan, in particular, a wall of glass with walk-out access from the living room to the large swimming pool creating that true indoor-outdoor Palm Springs lifestyle.  
  
An expansive patio overlooks the inviting pool with mosaic tile surround, water feature and plenty of outdoor furniture allowing for the perfect living environment that Palm Springs is famous for.

The master bedroom features a king bed, 42" TV, a modern en-suite bath, walk-in closet and glass slider to the backyard and pool. The two guest bedrooms share a fully upgraded hall bath and both include queen size beds and 32" TVs.  
  
This home is conveniently located 5 minutes from the airport, downtown shops & restaurants, public and private golf courses, art galleries and nightlife. Palm Springs area activities include world class golf, swimming, hiking, botanical gardens, desert landscape parks, water theme park, aerial tram, tennis, gyms, horseback riding and shopping (high-end outlet mall nearby).  
  
Also enjoy nearby Joshua Tree National Monument (an extraordinary national park set in the desert). Theme parks within two hour drive include Disneyland (Anaheim) and Sea World (San Diego).

In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.  
  
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quite hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.  
  
Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time. We care for our homes, and our guests with a dedication to great hospitality. Locally owned & operated. We look forward to the opportunity to host you.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $79 nightly or $395 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

#### Perfect place to relax

We loved our stay. The house was beautiful, well stocked, and incredibly clean. It was a great layout for our family of four, and the pool was such a great way to start and end our days. It’s located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is convenient to get to and from just about anything. I just wish we had stayed longer - this place is a real gem!

We had a wonderful week in Palm Springs at this house! Everything was provided. All we had to bring was ourselves, our clothes and some food to cook. The house is beautiful and close to everything. This was probably one of the best vacations we ever took. Highly recommended!

#### New York Getaway

The house was absolutely beautiful both inside and out. It was well appointed and we were greeted by bottled water in the refrigerator and a snack basket. The pool and spa was lovely. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet given that it's near both the airport and a busy street. The house is conveniently located to downtown Palm Springs and all the town has to offer.I would recommend this property to someone looking for a relaxing getaway.

#### Wonderful Palm Springs House

The Palm Springs 1959 house was absolutely incredible. Everything was very well thought out and very well-stocked. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and the heaters worked wonderfully. The house was very comfortable and I would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to experience Palm Springs! We will hopefully come back to this house again in the near future . The property management company was excellent as well . Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home over our Thanksgiving break.
