Rooms are big and are really nice. Water stains on lamp shades not a nice look also carpet needs to be replaces or really cleaned. Pool is very big get there early to get a spot with shade. The space was perfect for our family size of 2 adults and 4 kids. The price fore the type of room we had was an awesome deal and I compared it to the normal rate and it was a significant difference which gave me more motivation to book the room. We stayed two nights. Air conditioner was not working on the first night. They sent maintenance to help us three times. They couldn’t move us to another room because they were full. Rough to be in Palm Springs at the end of July with an excessive heat warning and a bum air conditioner. The back of our toilet had a leak in our bathroom. The rooms were large and gave us plenty of space to hang out. Evenings on the deck facing the mountains was so amazing. The pool was lively and the slide so much fun! This area of town is quiet but a very short drive to the bustle of downtown PS. It’s close to the South Lykken trial, which we walked a short way up.
