The ground level includes a saltwater pool with an integrated spa and shooting fountains, chaise lounges, occasional seating, a poolside fire pit, an outdoor lounge area, and a BBQ grill. Nice quiet location, Beautiful pool and little wind. Home was a nice layout all rooms with on suites. The house was relatively clean, lacked maintenance, toilet in casita bath leaked on floor when flushed, paint damage, house stereo non operable, multiple floor throw carpets were dirty, the worst of all was the beds. Mattresses need replacement, extremely broke down and difficult to get a comfortable sleep. ##### Chuck H. The house is even more comfortable and quintessential Palm Springs than the pictures show. The rooms are huge, the kitchen is modern and has everything, the common spaces are great - and everything works!
